Quest for Infamy / Achievement list

There are a few minor things I've noticed, and one achievement that doesn't seem to be working properly in-game. 

Spoiler (hover to show)

-- "Thankfully Theres a Healer" should probably be "There's"

-- "Dont Mess with a Fat Man" is missing the apostrophe

-- While the title headings for General, Intro and Act I achievements are all surrounded by equal signs to set them apart, the headings for Act II and Act III don't have them. 

-- "That's Alot of Stuff" should probably be written "A Lot"

I've also run into a problem with the "a lot of stuff" achievement in-game.  It simply does not seem to record.  It showed up properly in steam, and I get the banner notification when getting the final spell, but it doesn't show up as checked on the list when I press "A".  In the qfi.dat file, "sorcereritems" is the only achievement to be preceeded by "archive_" instead of "qfi_" as the rest of them are.  It's also recorded multiple times in the file.  Could this hint at the problem?

Quest for Infamy / Infamy points double counting

This may have been mentioned elsewhere on the forums, but I can't seem to find it in the search.

When deciding how to deal with the moonshiner, I was able to both rough him up, and then after scaring him with the sword and making him run off, go break down his door.  I get 10 infamy points for the first and then 5 points for breaking his stuff.  At the end of the game, I had 305 infamy points, so I suspect I'm not supposed to be able to do both actions.  (Someone said somewhere else on the forum that 300 was the maximum.)

In addition, I see the flag on the side mention getting the moonshiner payment when I punch him and then a second time when breaking open the door.  The payment seems to stay in my inventory after I've supposedly given it to Rayford, so I think I actually end up with two of them.  Only one must be deducted when I go to talk to Rayford afterward.

Quest for Infamy / Error at night in Tyr at the apartment screen

Playing as a Rogue, at night in Tyr at the balcony screen, if Voleris walks on the screen, she's stuck crabwalking sideways and the game crashes soon afterward.  I'm playing through Steam.  In Linux I see no error message, but in Windows I get this error:

Error: Unable to render character 43 (Volaris) because loop 2 does not exist in view 495

I don't believe it's a full game-stopper because I can save, leave the screen, and interact with things on the screen as long as Voleris doesn't show up.

I'm attaching what I believe to be the correct saved game for this error.  If it is the right one, it'll be called "game crash".

Please let me know if you need any additional information.

Quest for Infamy / Possible bug with not registering night

I'm playing as a sorcerer, and I think I found a bug with the game not registering that it's night.

I was attempting to burn down the swing tree using the snake oil, and I get the message about not doing it during the day, except that it's night.  During the day or dusk, I get the standard "you can't do that" message.  I'm not sure if the snake oil is really the way to go (apparently I can't get enough rubbing alcohol), but even if it isn't, the message about not doing it during day isn't quite right.

I'm playing the game in linux through steam, but I transferred my saved game to windows (also using steam) and encountered the same problem, so I'm tempted to consider it platform-independent.

Please let me know if you need any other information.  I'd be happy to hear if I'm completely off-base with my solution, too!
