Game gets real confusing starting when that green bikini bitch starts forcing you to go crest/key-hunting.  I'm almost in the crypt though.

The letter from the Centai priest describes the symbol being located "beneath fertile lands" and "near water."  You're looking for an underground location beneath an area with fruitful plants/trees and a water source.  It's actually not too far from where you start the game.

And the second part of the shield too (the one in the waterfall) Now I need two more (I Think one is in the fireplace of the mansion but i tried to burn some random things in there and nothing happened). I have the little key from the necklace too, but don't know what to do with it)

Examine the key in your inventory, and you should get a clue as to what to do with it.  You need to burn something that will create a lot of smoke to get rid of the wasps.  Not all flammable objects will create enough smoke though.

I too am looking for the crest piece in the fireplace. So far I have placed down some hay and sparked a small fire but I need more smoke. I have tried using wood ,oil ,rubbing alcohol ,and the grab spell but alas I still don't have the piece. May I please have a hint?
A few more questions:
1. When is Prepostero going to explain himself? About killing the guys pet?
2. Can I open any doors in the graveyard?
3. What steps should I take to get past the voices in the sewer with the gelatinous cube?
4. And what will be done about the language? (JK).

Wet and/or living plants make abundant smoke.  Find a moist plant to mix with the hay.  Or alternatively, buy something in town that produces a lot of smoke.

You might want to ask the beekeeper to the east of volksville. She might know what to do to get rid of wasps.

Okay I am talking to japsworth outside but don't know what to give him. I tried rubbing alcohol an empty mug and a potion.
The last crest part is under fertile grounds with moisture. I have looked by the farm ,the well , and the herbalists garden but no luck.. Could it be by the sewer?

You should explore more areas and talked to more people.  Are you sure you've spoken to everyone in the game that you can so far?
