Infamy points double counting

This may have been mentioned elsewhere on the forums, but I can't seem to find it in the search.

When deciding how to deal with the moonshiner, I was able to both rough him up, and then after scaring him with the sword and making him run off, go break down his door.  I get 10 infamy points for the first and then 5 points for breaking his stuff.  At the end of the game, I had 305 infamy points, so I suspect I'm not supposed to be able to do both actions.  (Someone said somewhere else on the forum that 300 was the maximum.)

In addition, I see the flag on the side mention getting the moonshiner payment when I punch him and then a second time when breaking open the door.  The payment seems to stay in my inventory after I've supposedly given it to Rayford, so I think I actually end up with two of them.  Only one must be deducted when I go to talk to Rayford afterward.

Yep, that seems to be a bug. Thanks for reporting, I'll post it in the bug tracker.

And no, I don't think 300 infamy points is the maximum. I finished the game with 325 points today and I still might have missed something.
