Hey y'all!
I was wondering that have you guys, IQ team, ever considered selling stuff (t-shirts & mugs for example) with IQ logo on them?
I don't know about the rest, but I'd love to have something like that, because the logo looks quite epic (and thanks to facebook a bit frightening [someone said that it looks like a Pac-Man up to no good]). 8)

There actually are a few bits and pieces of QFI merchandise around, but you have to hunt to find them. I bought some postcards that Steve had made with some QFI backgrounds on them; it was more or less something he had submitted to a printing website as a test, but didn't realize that they actually were available on that website's store. I don't remember what site it was though. Steve might be able to tell you.

I had the poster and mug made for Adventure X where I did a talk on Quest for Infamy. My girlfriend made the Roehm doll. Here's another angle.

Yeah, I've long looked into merchandising for IQ, and with the production of some this year, we'll have a few items to sell. I did make up a few test items on Zazzle.com - http://www.zazzle.com/infamousquests (http://www.zazzle.com/infamousquests) - I did it as a test, but the prices are kind of high.
I'll keep everyone updated about merch - we'll be making some in the next few months, so it should be fun around these parts.

Now that 1.1 is out, what about all the stuff that was supposed to be included: strategy guide, posters, etc.?

The QFI Companion is still being worked on and with the release of the 1.1 patch we wanted to make sure all the information and new content we added in the new version matched the content of the companion. We've got a lot of interesting things written for it already and we're coming up to the stage of proofing it and editing it altogether. Once we get to that stage we'll do a update on the guide to let everyone know what's happening but it's certainly the priority now that 1.1 is out the door.
As for other merchandise and big box stuff we'll have something to announce very soon. We've got everything in place and just need to finalize a few things and tick a few boxes. Watch this space!
