The fun of any good graphic adventure game is making maps!...
(Yeah, I know I'm weird — I've been making them on computers since my DOS / GEM 3.13 / QFG1:VGA days...)
...And Quest For Infamy is no different. Here are some maps to help YOU help Mr. Roehm on his many quests around the Valley of Krasna. They are presented as both PNG image files and higher-quality PDF files.
Please note that there are some MINOR SPOILERS here, such as where certain hideouts can be found as well as certain exits, entrances and quest screens...
And since the Valley of Krasna is known for its many rivers and streams, I also added a bit of color to my maps for the first time — light blue — to denote the Great River Silmahwyn and the other waterways found around the valley.
For the Dwarven mines, many of the screens look alike, so I denoted certain background features (shovels, barrels, scaffolding, etc.) as guides to help differentiate between the rooms.
Also, the good folks at Infamous Quests may be adding new content to the game for the next update (v1.1?). When that occurs, theses maps may be slightly out-of-date. Therefore, I have labelled these maps as version 1.0 (v1.0) to help distinguish between this initial release and any future versions (for which I will also try to provide updated versions).
If I missed something, something is misspelled, or a link below doesn't work, let me know. Enjoy, and stay infamous!

UPDATE: 01/23/2022 - I updated the maps on the forum back on October 10, 2021:
• Updated maps to QFI game version 1.1.2
• Changed picture hosting website from Photobucket to Flickr
• Updated PDF links due to a Google Drive security update. The update forced a "request for download" instead of direct access to the files
However, once the forum partially reset on November 1, 2021, those changes were lost. Now that the forums are back after a month-long absence, I am updating them again.

Re: the South Woods — And why not include them? It's an important part of Krasna! :D
Seriously, thank you for the kind words, Garr.

Thanks, BT! :D
I'm just sorry it took me so long to start playing the game (and make the maps)... long after the "hub-bub" of the initial release had died down a month-and-a-half ago... :-[
-
Hub-bub is over-rated. It's the long-term love for the game and genre that I'm about!
These maps won't change for v1.1, but you will have to add a couple rooms....

Looking forward to the update! Hopefully I'll have "room" for the new "rooms"... ;D
-
Room for new rooms... sounds like the issue I'm having with here, or here or in here and XX.
-
id like to see a hint version with items .. infamy and locations in the later future! of this awesome map!

Coincidentally, Kalidare, that is next on my list!
I actually removed all of the big "spoiler" stuff when I made this map: where to find quest items, where to find sorcerer spell items, how much/what kind of loot you can get from the break-in houses, what can be found in the dwarven mines (supply barrels / mine carts), etc.
Now that I have these maps in a nice format, the hard part is done; the rest should be pretty easy.
Plus, I'll have to add a few items and things that others did/found to complete their games... things that I missed during my own game plays. Guess I just wasn't "infamous" enough!
I was on a self-imposed exile from the Roehm's Hangout forum until I completed all three classes, so I've had two-months-worth of catch-up reading to do this past week! :D
In the meantime, once these maps are printed to paper, other QFI players can add their own spoilers with pencil or pen!

Map is complete! I have it at much higher resolution (approx 7mb) - if you want it, pm or email me... I think everything is on there... Made using FRAPS and Photoshop.

niiice

kinda confused
i envision a map thats full screen in size each pic a new page,
full screen
showing the clues and such along the way, what areas open when etc

Have there been any changes to the map between version 1.0 and 1.1? Because, for the life of me, I can't find the extra entrance to South Woods, the one involving the bear... There is no path leading south beyond the bridge, only the road to Tyr.
-
No changes to the map between versions.
The entrance over the vine bridge is only open to the rogue class after talking to the bear (which you can only get to if you're the rogue anyway..)

I believe that Klytos meant to say "Brigand" class, not the "Rogue" class. ;) You only meet Chuy the Bear as a Brigand.
-
Heh, it's been a while. I've not played the game properly in about 3 years lol
-
you CAN actually get to the vine bridge with all classes :)
just fyi..

Can you remind me how?
I thought so, too, but when I tried with Rogue Class saved games, Mr. Roehm 'bearly' escaped with his life! ::)

well
1. I believe you have to have the find the alch in play first
2. nice to MEAT You (same as sorc can also do this or cast ahhh etc)

It hit me this morning as I was trying to get back to sleep: I wondered about feeding him, since it says he's a hungry bear (either on the actual death screen, or the narration once Roehm makes the fatal move towards him)... ::)
Makes sense about using the fear spell as Sorcerer Roehm.
What do you mean by "alch in play" ?
-
from what I remember you can enter through the vine entrance
but only after the alch quest has triggered not before
i know i tested it but atm ive forgotten what needs done, or if you just need to visit him or get the first tag to go there
alch = alchemist ya know moonshiner..

Thanks for the explanation.
I just tested and was able to use the natural bridge in Act 1 with my Rogue. Feed the bear the Ham Hock or the Salami, and he goes to sleep, which allows you to exit the screen to the right (behind the hill)...
