just wondering if all that position stuff in the members list means anything, beyond the obvious ones about mods, staff and backers that is.

I notice theres recruit and lackey, is one higher than the other in post count?

judging from the ping of kuns, I'd say they're whatever you want them to be.

It's based on post counts, unless you're in a special group. There's a couple of different backer groups, depending on donation amounts, and the bosses etc that you mentioned. Otherwise, you move up a level as you hit the post counts.

Recruit - 0 Posts
Lackey - 50 Posts
Villain - 100 Posts
Senior Villian - 250 Posts
Mastermind - 500 Posts

Just checked it out, there's nobody who isn't on the production team in some form that is above Lackey.

I have no idea how I got my title but I love it.

I remember hitting post 1000 at AGDI to get the title "Royal Vizier" and I had it forever too. I was past 2000 when Navynuke gave me a custom one out of pity.

I've had quite a bit of fun with customised titles, more fun with sigs though where I can go way way way overboard
