Title: Manhunter

So,  I've been playing the "Manhunter" games by Sierra.  Man, they were really ahead of their time.  The story is really cool - it's dark and mysterious, long before the trope was over-used.  Very cool.

I would love to see Manhunter revived - someone getting the IP rights, remaking the first two and completing the third game as well.  I think they'd look very nice in a modern remake.

When we did the best quest ever over on IA, I played Manhunter for the first time.  Like you said, way ahead of their time!  I think had they released Manhunter a few years later, it may have caught more steam and perhaps they would have been able to make a few more games in the series.

I would assume that the Murrys still retain the rights, but Evryware (http://www.evryware.com/) does not produce games anymore.

Always thought they deserved a 3D remake. They are the sort of game where it would work well.
