Infamy points increasing without notification

I was making a list of where the infamy points come from, and I think I may have stumbled upon a bug.  As the sorcerer

when faced with getting by the red bush to find the moonshiner, the only option seems to be to use the cloud spell.  The other classes have the option of destroying the bush and they get 10 points for doing so.  The sorcerer doesn't seem to have this option, but the infamy points will be 10 higher after floating over the bush without any notification.  I suspect that whatever triggers the increase in points is still being triggered even when the sorcerer doesn't destroy the bush.  Does this mean there should be an option for the sorcerer to set it on fire?  I'd love that! 

As a rogue

when you discover who Hummel is and confront him on his name, the first of the dialog choices causes your infamy to go up 15 points, but also without any notification.  I believe it also happens for the brigand, but it doesn't happen for the sorcerer.

Thanks for the heads up--if you notice any more of these instances, post them here.  This seems to be an issue with the notification banner--I DO think you're supposed to get infamy points for these things, but yeah--it should be notifying you.  I've logged these for a look from our programmers.
