I can't recommend this game enough, it has a wonderfully dark, mysterious story and it deals with some very adult themes.  Definitely not one to play alongside your kids, but an absolute joy nonetheless!  I played it side by side with a friend and we both loved it.  If you don't have it already, go get it!

I never played the game and had never read the story.  I went ahead and read it today.  Pretty amazing it was written way back in the 60s.  I look forward to the game now.  Who knows if/when I will have time to actually play it though.

Although it's easy to see the Skynet connection, I thought The Terminator was 'loosely' based on Ellison's short story "Soldier From Tomorow" (1957) and his Outer Limits episode, "Soldier" (1964)?...
