I'm trying to remember -- which character mentions the seer in the swamp initially? (Or at all?)

I dont recall old sierra or many old advents giving much hint on where or what to do at ALL

idk, for me it was just try every map every direction possible.
I do this for all advents as such.

either way a signpost is a bit much imo,

but meh its there now,
I had no issue finding it..

but I did keep thinking I could HIDE from the raptors as it said quick hide
(if you can I never figured out how)

I tried every tree n bush where I wasnt visible from my monitors view but.. in game im sure that raptor was like urmm what areee you doing... ?

Agreed.  But not everyone is as hard-core old-school like us, Kaldire!   ;)  And I can see where it's easier to go looking for someone if you know you are supposed to find them.

Spoiler (hover to show)I always hid behind the Large Rock on the "Raptor Run" screen.  Click on the Large Rock, and Finn will move into hiding position between the Large Rock and the tree.

(Although there is no "hiding" animation -- he just stands there...)
