Acquired Crest Piece Not Showing In Inventory?

I wasn't sure if this was a technical glitch or if I've done something wrong, but I have acquired all 4 crest pieces, but only 3 are showing in my backpack.

The missing piece is the one from the bank.  I handed over the key, got given the crest piece, and an animation was triggered with the giant subtitle "ELSEWHERE", presumably because this was the 2nd piece I got.  I've since claimed the remaining pieces, but only the 3 non-bank ones are actually showing in my backpack.  When I went back to the bank with the key, I just get told that I've already given it over.

Is there something I'm missing here (apart from the crest piece)?  Or is this some kind of technical error?

Do you have a previous save before getting the locket from Japsworth? Use WinRAR or what ever and shrink that save and maybe attach it in this thread. An archived file will be relatively small and should come through ok. I'll be glad to load it up and try to see what's going on.

Also, tell what character you're playing.

Attachments and other options is where you can send the compressed save while in your posting window.
