Ever since I first saw the pitch it's been sitting in my "waiting on" list, mocking me. The time is now!

...And now _I_ can't help seeing the creepy character face in the shield!  Thanks a lot, Intendant S!   >:(   ;D

You're quite welcome.   ;D

I also like the KSV logo more. I love the moustache, monocle, & tophat on the mouse.   8)

I can say without doubt that QFI is one of the adventures that I'm most excited about. And it's not just because I bought my way into the game.

And I've been having a blast with writing for and helping to run KickstartVentures.  It's amazing to see it become as popular as it has in such a short time.

2014 is going to be a great year, not just for IQ but for the adventure community as a whole.

Hopefully Codemasters sees what's going on with him and yanks the license from him.  I'd rather see them sit on the IP and do nothing with it than to see it stay in his nasty little hands.

Paul actually WANTED a Sierra 2.0 under his banner.  That was one reason why he harassed Scott and Mark so much during the campaign.  At least that's what I remember.  He also bullied and bossed around practically everybody who worked on the game, whether employees or volunteers.  A lot went on behind the scenes, only a little bit that I was personally privy to.

Oh, I banned his ass immediately, but I thought I'd leave this up here for us to poop on.

I know.  I just wanted an excuse to say banhammer and link the spam skit.   ;D

Congratulations!  You guys deserve it.  I'll happily be grabbing a Steam code when it releases.

It's only 2% Marmite.  What could POSSIBLY go wrong?

One aspect of adventure games, or really any game at all, that’s important to the playing experience is music.  It helps to breathe life into the story.  But, few actively pursue it as a central theme.  Enter Bolt Riley, a story of reggae music and finding one’s place in society.  Working your way up to being a legend is the name of the game here.  And it looks like a great take on the genre.

Out of all of them I prefer Search for Spock, personally! But obviously the greatest movie of all time is Labyrinth, everyone knows that.

When it comes to Jim Hensen, you CAN'T go wrong with Labyrinth.  I just LOVE David Bowie.

Dark Crystal is another great Hensen film.  If you haven't seen either then you should.

I'm a huge Trekkie, so of course I'll have to go with Wrath of Khan.  Both Voyage Home and First Contact come very close, though.

I loved playing 25th Anniversary.  I only played the diskette version and I actually enjoyed the gameplay.  It also helps that I'm a huge Trekkie and with few exceptions I like most ST games.  I never did play Judgement Rites, but I bought it at GenCon last year and have been meaning to play it.

Yeah.  If there was one gripe I had about the game it was the extra icons.  It was a bitch trying to cycle through them all.  I ended up using the top bar most of the time.

I take it that you are usually a right clicker in Sierra games, too.

Yeah.  I tend to cycle through the icons.  The problem is that I tend to overshoot and have to go through it again.  And again.  You can actually see some of that in my "Backer Spotlight" video for LSL: Reloaded.
