I've been working behind the scenes for about a month or two on a little secret game project with a bunch of amazing devs from throughout our sector and it has now officially launched, a secret no more!

Serena is a (slightly twisted) love letter to everyone in the adventure gaming community, a thank you for all the support and solidarity that has been shown in the past months and as far back as the beginning of the adventure game revival.  It is dedicated to our good friend Serena Nelson (Intendant_S) with much love and respect, but available to all to play.

Others who worked on this game include Agustín Cordes of Scratches and Asylum fame, plus the rest of the Senscape team, Jan Kavan (J.U.L.I.A.), Brandon Blume (Mages Initiation), Troels Pleimert (The Space Quest Historian), Simo Sakari Aaltonen (games writer and proofreader), Frederik Olsen (Vohaul Strikes Back), with voices from Josh Mandel, Scott Murphy and Sarah Wilson (PushingUpRoses) and contributions from Laney Berry (St. Christopher's School Lockdown), Ben Chandler (Blackwell series etc.) and many more!

You can download and play the game through Steam for free on pc, mac and linux.  Here's a wee link:

Why thank you. I have it on good authority that you might see it in some sort of adventurey-type game.  ;D

Maybe we'll re-use it in a Serena-centric episodic QFI spin-off: Tales of Infamy: Paladins Gone Wild.
