Title: Ways to Die

Some of you may know me from YouTube, I recently got the game and I'm set on finding each of the ways to die so I can show 'em off on my channel. To get this done faster, please let me know what ways there are to die in the game.
I've found seven thus far:
I think that you can die from not eating long enough and from .
Now, I can find a lot of losses on my own, but it seems inevitable that I fail to find them all myself so to save time and frustration, please help me here.

there are quite a few more :)
try the kraken and dont do anything. or pee on the rug in the cemetery and keep doing it also, usually that does kill you too or did..
few more like in the swamp n sewers (check that gel cube) etc and welcome! always nice to see a new face

Thanks for the feedback. I've discovered quite a few of them. Unfortunately it's tough due to the glitches in the game. I.E. Touch the water in the Kraken room and it'll appear, pick you up, disappear, reappear, pick up nothing and then you appear in its mouth. Attack it and there will be two Rayfords and "you need to get closer" pops up over the death message, and it can be resurrected if you do any of the triggers for it to appear after you killed it.
I don't mean to be a pain, but I was one of the Beta Testers on AGDInteractive and it became somewhat of a second nature to look for these things.

yep i tested the kraken out a few times, even the animation (which is awesome btw) bugged out on me, mannny times
kraken would eat me then it would just sit there and poof back in front of it i was, and nothing happened. only loading fixed it
tested these things for about 200 hrs really.. made a pretty long list
and yea Im an ole school tester myself, aka break the game kinda deal, from parser era yep im old.
its no pain to point this stuff out, just the gang here is well, you can see posts n such I MISS them alllll

Okay, quick question. I need to know if the spell the Necromancer puts on Roehm actually works. I've had him spend the night outside of the mines and he doesn't die. Was this an oversight (like in Space Quest VI where you can lose the bet on Stooge Fighter III but not die) or am I just being too impatient?

The necromancer lies to you, the spell doesn't work like she says it does.
