Title: Feeling really dumb right now...

...since I can't figure out how to get the execution to happen, and there doesn't seem to be anything else I can do in town until the execution happens.  What am I missing?

You need to talk to all the townsfolk. There's also a fellow outside of the gates fishing.

Yikes.  Wasn't looking outside of the town at all.  Thanks!
