Bug that spoils future plot elements

While fighting the guards during the brigand raid on the supply wagon

if you get killed by a guard, the restore-restart-quit dialog refers to "Rayford's guards and their Morroi allies".  I expect the guard character that's attacked during the raid is the same as the random encounter guard during the third act.  During the first act you don't know that Rayford is working with the Morroi, and this dialog window becomes a big spoiler.
