Quest for Infamy / Re: Something just doesn't add up

First step is the first step? Aw cmon myte! Being as anyone doing everything feasible in the prologue, including the intro, everyone does the first step without knowing it. Therefore, it's absolutely impossible to miss it. Eh, some may fail to talk to Udo a second time.

Possible glitch: I was playing as a sorcerer and thoroughly robbed the house to the left of the bank. Sold the goods to O'burr. Sack of loot still in inventory, but if I try to sell it again, voice says I don't have anything to sell.

I'm very carefully going at it again as Sorcerer. Doing everything possible, but there is only just so much possible AND logical. It would be sad if the solution was absolutely absurd, which doesn't merit any laurels. In the meantime, anyone ever play Risen 1 and 2? It's due out August 1, but eh... it's available now.

Oh, by the way, Mr. Williams' ashes were sprinkled over S.F. Bay.

What about when, during one of Japsworth's diatribes, he kept alluding to beating bulls?

Never paid attention before, but killing Gorth the town bully gets a deep sinister laugh from... maybe BT?

Getting back to the Tandy 1000, it had a massive 20mb hard drive. The first game I ever played was King's Quest V but it cost me nearly $300 U.S. I bought it one Christmas, at Radio Shack, for $51. It was a gift to a couple of nephews, who lived 120 miles away. Then I decided I too wanted to play it, so went back to R.S. and bought it a second time. To My dismay, the disks were 1.44's. Bought an external scuzzi drive that supported the floppies. Got copy of literatures from nephews via mail. Before it was all done, I probably have the record for the cost of a PC game.

I guess I'm craped out of luck. My Tandy 1000 won't handle it.

Please... for the love of.....
I'm getting tired of playing over and over in hopes of unlocking the BT fight.
To me, the game is incomplete by revealing something secret and refusing
to tell how to accomplish the secret. Heck, someone (the programmers) email
the steps to me. I too wish to be amused. If a second, third, etc. gamer should
suddenly access the BT fight, then you can assume that I let the cat out of the
bag and you should immediately ban me from any QFI forum. In that case, be
watchful for anyone registering from my present isp location and ban that one
also. I mean, cmmon guys n gals, yeh or neh. Email the stuff or simply ignore
this plea.

P.S.
Does ANYONE know whom I refer to as Mork? You should. If nobody knows,
it's your loss because he's no longer with us.

Yes! The DVD will have the most current and updated version of the game - plus a bunch of bonus stuff; production videos, production art, etc.  Some "deleted scenes/material" etc.

Bt
Will it make the players aware of anything secret, including the mysterious boss fight and how to find it, not a bunch of cryptic information thus far posted?

chucklas started it all about BT. This thread is over 13% reply/read ratio, far beyond any other thread in this forum. A lot of time is being wasted, not that a 71 year old has anything else to do, and very scant clues about finding the secret fight. Personally, I'm well beyond tired, I no longer want to beat my limited brain power trying to figure things out. I'll wait till the update to continue QFI. In the meantime, I'll check out JJ's new point and click M: E R and see where that takes me. tada

That's strange. On one playthrough with no feed sack, tried to get the brain and Roehm said I'm not picking that up!

That's preposterous... it's a key punch of blind faith!

In the library, in a shelf on the left side, found a book title "Blackthorne. How to remove a stain."

Is the type in book the first thing to be done and is it the 1 thing to do before Act II?
