Title: Few more bugs
Post by: nilerepublican on January 04, 2015, 11:04:00 PM
Awesome game. Found a few bugs so far, using the Gamersgate version played through Steam, playing as Rogue
(possible spoilers so using spoiler tag)
- The description of the fireplace in the ruined mansion has no voice, and seems to have a number tag instead of a normal description
- As a rogue robbing a certain house...
Spoiler (hover to show)
- In Tyr
Spoiler (hover to show)
- In the mines

- Also in the mines

Yes, these are bugs from 1.0 - most of which we've already corrected for 1.1

Weird. Then whatever version I got from Gamersgate/Steam on Friday was the old version? Maybe I'm doing something wrong. None of those were game-killers anyway.

Correct.  The only version at this time is 1.0 -- Kaldire is being facetious.

Version 1.1 is still in the beta testing phase.

BTW: Facetious is only one of two words in the English language that has the vowels a-e-i-o-u in that order.  And I know the other one...   ;)

Yeah, nile - The version of QFI publicly released now is 1.0 - 1.1 is still in Beta, as Goatmeal said.

And we weren't being abstemious when we drank that whole bottle of tequila the other night.

I'm waiting for 1.1 today?

Anyhow, here's my tu sense:

The two most common ones are abstemious 'indulging only moderately in food and drink', and facetious 'treating serious issues with inappropriate humour'. Oxford Dictionaries Online also contains the chemical term arsenious 'relating to arsenic with a valency of three', while the 20-volume historical Oxford English Dictionary includes abstentious 'abstinent' as well as the rare botanical and zoological terms acheilous 'having one or both lips absent', anemious 'growing in windy situations', caesious 'bluish or greyish green', and annelidous 'belonging to the phylum Annelida'.

...And don't forget about that American talk-show host from the early 1990s, Arsenious Hall !!!

"Wuff, Wuff, Wuff" from the Dog Pound, yo !

arsenious

adjective

of or containing arsenic in the trivalent state

arsenious

adjective

of or containing arsenic in the trivalent state

It's also the 1st Person Plural ("we") conjugation of the verb ARSENIOR:

"Arsenio-" + "us" = Arsenious
