Ten minutes into the game, and there are a couple of points where Roehm's voice files stop playing.
So far I've encountered it talking to Niels for the first time, and walking up past the broken bridge on the way to the fishing pond. In both cases we see the test and the animated head, but there is no voice.
This did not happen in Steam version 1.1.1

did the text also speed fast?
if so its steam overlay
pressing esc or tab a few times fixes the speed text
same happened in FATMAN the batman point n click
but as for sound cutting out, this didnt occur for me, hmm
