Not sure if it's an egg or a glitch... Feel free to delete this post, or leave it as a hint... or better yet leave it, like it, and let us all guess...

So I did the mayor robbery already, then I went to the library (a few days later) for the main quest, saw the flagellant etc... so then I had to go to the mayors house for tea. Everything went as normal. But afterwords I went back into the house, the butler tells me the mayor is gone, so I click on things like a retard until I click on the plants on the wall, then I climb up and find my self... dumdududumm on the roof with the mayor, and Voleris. The game seems to register Voleris as well Voleris, but the mayor is like... not there, but he is.

When I look at him it doesn't register, but if I try to fight him or give him something it gives me standard generic person responses...
