Anyone else having a problem finding the lost horse or am I having a bug?


I am looking north and east of town. (Near the old decay dead guard who had the helm).

There are several different screens he can appear on.  It's randomly selected with each playthrough.  I can tell you that you should look further north and/or east of where you are now.
