Can other classes find the thieves guild?

I'm playing a sorcerer, but I have a nice big bag of loot and I think my thieving and sneaking skills are maxed as they've been at 50 for a long time.  I'm am now wondering if I'm searching for a place to sell that loot in vain.

A sorcerers thieving and sneaking skills cap out at 50 - so for your class, you're maxed.

Cool, But is there a place I can fence my goods, or am I searching in vain?

Actually, O'Burr will buy your loot if you're a sorceror.  Find him in Volksville in front of the shops.
