Backed this one from the first Kickstart, haven't had a chance to start it yet, but after seeing a demo some time back, I'm cautiously optimistic.

However, I'm not a fan of the "wrong place / wrong time" type of game, where you might miss crucial information and clues for no good reason -- it's penalizing the player through no fault of his/her own.  (Never got into Colonel's Bequest because of this.)

HOWEVER, it _is_ a good excuse for contrived replayabilty -- just to get all of the information you may have missed ... that is, if you liked the game enough the first time around !  ::)

Thanks guys another quick question. I am trying to sneak into the building to kill the slave trader, but apparently I do not have enough stealth skills. How much stealth skills do I need?

That I'm not sure of; my Brigand character had a stealth of 50 when I last played him, and I defeated the slave trader just fine...

I'm afraid one of the developers would have to tell you the minimum stealth skill you would need.

Visa the Hunter can usually be found in one of the 4 screens at the North end of the South Woods; I believe it's designed to be a random encounter.

The helpful hunter will want payment of a sort for his help, but he does offer a couple of options, so you can choose how you want to pay him.

Hi guys the book has a map which is helpful for finding everything. I have found the swamp, however I have talked to the boy completely and he will not give me the empty jar. I have looked through the book and there is nothing to mention about this problem. Please help

Try again -- there should be a keyword: Glass Jar

(You'll have to ask him about several other topics before getting to the "Glass Jar" and "Glowing Fungus".)

If Hobbs says he's already given you his last one, perhaps it's already in your inventory?...

Thanks guys just wondering how much is the strategy guide and where to find it. Also I found out that I purchased and forgotten that I have bought from Amazon the official companion quest for infamy art book and hint guide. Is this the same thing? Thank you again

Looking over my digital copy, it should be the same.  It will help you complete the game, but as Kaldire said, it doesn't have "everything" in it.

One of those missing topics is a bonus quest (all classes can participate) where you find the hidden "Infamous Quests" Bar and battle Blackthorne himself; you need to perform certain tasks at certain times during the game in order to trigger this intricately hidden easter egg...

Yes I am playing as the brigand. What do I need to do to get the diary? Thankyou
And by the way I think the game is awesome.

The diary is somewhere in the ruins.  As I mentioned above, it's in a place that represented the person's lineage / heritage...

(Trying real hard not to just give you the answer -- sorry!)

Now that I think of it, there are actually TWO sets of ruins in the game...  Can you describe which one you're at?  We need to make sure you're in the correct place!   :)

crowbar lol

well ye dont need that to get the book from what i remember :)
you do need a few things but..

Might depend on which character class you picked -- I tried an old Brigand save last night, and it didn't work without the crowbar...    ???

Where exactly in the ruins have you tried using the crowbar?

If you know whose diary it is, try searching for something that would represents that person's lineage.

(Not trying to spoil it -- just seeing if you're close to the area...)

It was nothing compared to how they handled Enterprise when they first started it. (T'Pol)

What ?!?!?   :o

You mean there WASN'T a 'legitimate' reason for her to be 'nude' and have some sort of gel slathered all over her in while in quarantine in that one early episode?...

Goatmeal:  AGREED!  My "understanding" was that the form fitting outfit was somehow related to 7 of 9's post-Borg medical problems in general... something to do with various dermal (i.e. skin) issues resulting from the Borg tech that was removed & the Borg tech that was left in place.  LOL.  Anything and everything to explain those outfits! And, my info comes from a bunch of fellow male techies who felt that this was a proper explanation to justify those sexy 7 of 9 outfits!

But, Yikes!! -- that couldn't have been easy for the actress over the production seasons.  Without any visible zippers et cetera then it must have been a right nuisance to get the outfits on & off.

In "reality," the outfit was simply to get more male eyeballs to watch the show...  Evidently, it work.   ;)

That's interesting, because I "heard" that Jeri only agreed to take the 7 of 9 role so long as they weren't going to tart up the character and place her in highly sexual storylines.

While it's true that those types of storylines were not present for her, the costumes they designed for Jeri definitely didn't help.   ::)

Voyager is unwatchable now, IMHO. The Borg stuff is cool, but they focus way too much on Seven and Janeway to the exclusion of the interesting characters.

While watching some of the recent fan convention question-and-answer session videos on YouTube a few months ago, evidently Kate Mulgrew was not pleased that they had to "sex-up" Voyager, and likely saw Jeri Ryan as a 'threat.'  As a result, she wasn't overly friendly towards Jeri during the rest of the series, which put a lot of tension on the rest of the actors -- especially Garrett Wang, who got emotional and teared-up at one point remembering & discussing the situation while on stage with Jeri; they weren't a 'happy family'...

I never saw it, but wasn't there one episode where they basically walk back a whole year of progress?

Yep, the two-parter "Year of Hell" from Season 4.  Kurtwood Smith (Clarence Boddicker [RoboCop] / Red Foreman [That 70's Show]) is a scientist whose people use a time-wave machine to erase enemies from existence, thereby empowering their own species after each opposing planet's progress is 'wiped clean.'  Unfortunately, one of the time-waves caused a plague decimating millions of his own people, including his wife.  So, he keeps getting more and more aggressive with 'alterations,' trying to undo or mend it, while Voyager is a constant thorn in his side.

A really good episode, and some of the music was released on a Voyager collection by La-La-Land records early last year...
