well steam was down for 19 hours,
if you read that post I linked it was WORLDWIDE
not just usa..
1. steam did an update for bl pre sequel so they had to shut servers down
2. they do updates every tuesday for a few hours
those combined = offline, you can bypass to connect using -tcp parameter .. but it doesnt work 100% and VAC games didnt work..
but its up
again look at the reddit post i linked , people from all over the world had this issue, not just usa
