Slow QFI IQ site? times out most of the time fails tracert and pingtests whatup?

heya
so today ive been trying to access this site,  and I found that it takes sometimes 20-30 min to load a page if it doesnt just say cant connect then I refresh.
I ran a ping test, 100 pings 89 failed, so I did a short test to show 25% packet loss,
as well as a tracert to show that its only on the end of either your host or provider (I have comcast and in the tracert u will see low 24 ms pings then it hits your backbone and goes nuts)

you guys working on the site or is the provider just acting up? anyone else getting slow site issues
Btw for those that dont know how to use dos or tracert or ping  its ok
im sure someone will understand what im talking about

it goes to the .lsanca03.us.bb.gin.ntt.net hop and its ok 25 ms then the next its 255+ ms or packet loss and fyi no other sites are causing such issues as ive traced and pinged many
seems just this ntt.net and secureserver.net backbone

I just pinged it myself.

well mate if you know about ping you cant just do the ping XXX.XXX

use the ping -t command and run it 100 times *right now 100% will succeed

but right not the site is working, but trust the tracert,
it shows the provider and backbone for that site was having issues, I was just wondering if there was some site maintenance or something
but again that tracert shows, its not comcast but rather the sites route that raised it so high

ive been able to access the site soon after the post (but it lasted hours and was intermittent)

tracert doesnt lie:P but glad its not still occurring

The content on the website shouldn't cause any issues regarding slow connections or time outs. This is most likely down to the provider we use. We may look into an alternative host in the new year as well as a website refresh but for now there isn't much we can do on our side to stabilise it unfortunately.

heya again broomie!

urmm so lately ive been checking the site as .. well im almost always on

randomly, esp today and a few days ago the site fails

so you get a popup saying message   
and tada it loads forever until it times out

same with a post i made, took about 30 min then said timed out (then I looked again but it posted)

ran ping in cmd
2800ms!!

tracert again shows almost what i linked above
bb.gin.ntt.net (aka colorado)being the first line backbone failing, then the ip.secureserver.net(aka Singapore) backbone for their net or isp of the website(s)

id recommend telling who you are paying for the site to get ya some money back as this is pretty bad from a network point of view,
if this was my site.. id get free service for a year or so.. just for all the packet loss

just wanted to point out it seems its getting worse

why is this site in SINGAPORE?!!!
thats prolly the issue there... though the issue starts in COLORADO ( who is in that state? ohh the herb state!) hehe

just curious is any of the team from singapore? or was it just really cheap for the site fees?
