Could cell phones be a culprit?
« on: February 06, 2019, 11:00:38 AM »
Cell phones can and have exploded due to faulty batteries. Stored in baggage in the cargo hold, could they be the culprit in some airline tragedy's? Maybe cell phones should be banned from carry on and stored baggage! Especially in a passenger's pocket or purse!
Lynda Carter, Wonder Woman, once sent me autographed photos that put me on cloud nine. The photos are on my living room wall.

Because of this very potential problem, Lithium batteries are HIGHLY regulated are far as mass shipping goes, and for passengers flights, the FAA says spare Li batteries CANNOT be checked with baggage but instead MUST be carried on in the cabin.
