Hi,
just looking through my kickstarted history and saw this one from >5 years ago now, $135:

Quest For Infamy - An Adventure Game By Infamous Quests   $135.00   Same as the $125 tier - with the Big Box Added. Shipping…
Estimated delivery Dec 2012

I never received the game and I wondered if all games were shipped? I have moved house last year and I am sure my new address should have been updated.

I am in the UK so I wonder were all games shipped even to UK?

Thanks

wow, didn't realise the character actually got hungry. This is such a cool game with extra RPG and even sim life stuff. It would be neat if Roehm's face started to get pale when he is  really starving, and maybe started to walk slow and start moaning.

What is the best way to report bugs, should I post a forum topic for each issue or send an email somewhere?
its not just bugs but a few enhancement requests, but its probably late in the day for those.

hey,

thanks for the info about the pillar, I didn't try looking at that. I was on the list twice, maybe there was another backer with the same name.

See what you mean it only opens the list once, I made a new save in the library just for that. Thanks for the tip.

thanks for the update and apologies for my miserable and cynical post. Real life priorities should absolutely always come first. I will be more patient with it.

I would also be happy to send some additional money over for the extra packing and shipping.

Quest for Infamy / Book of Tyr (Kickstarter
« on: September 04, 2016, 07:51:41 PM »
Hi,
during the kickstarter campaign there was a mention of a book being in the Library of Tyr which would have a message for each backer.

There was a backer update on 17th June 2012 about it:

Quote
Everyone who does so will get their name scribed in a book, in game, that is in the Great Library of Tyr.  You'll be able to go to the library, in game, get the book and check out your name, and the names of all your brothers and sisters who came through for a hard push towards a goal!

My question is: is there a way to make the book appear in the library? I am playing the game and just reached the library, I spoke to all the characters in there and clicked on everything I can.

Thanks

thanks a lot for the replies. I am saving a lot now I just got past the prologue and actually winning a few fights now.

I have a few other questions:-

- can the food be eaten to replenish your health (there is a store that some different types of food in volkesville)
- is there a thread I should use to report minor bugs (or is it not worth it now that another game is in development).

Thanks

Quest for Infamy / Combat tips

Hi, does anyone have any basic tips for combat please? I have just started playing and cannot win a single fight. Each enemy strike takes about 5-6 points and Roehm's about 1-2. Thanks

:( still no physical box set either. I think its time to give up on it. Its true that the kickstarter perks are not guaranteed. I myself have only received about 50% of the perks on all the kickstarter projects I backed.

hey you are welcome.

thanks for the feedback. I will give Gimp a try, the behind the scenes process video of "the beast" painting was really inspiring. I would love to see one of these vids with a background (or part of one).

Cheers

Quest for Infamy / Tools being used to make the game

Hi

I asked this question in the reply to the latest kick-starter update, probably should do it here instead...

would it be possible to get a list of the tools and OSs used by the devs in making the game? is everyone using PC or Mac? its fun to know how the game is being made and what which platforms  :)  I am really interested in the art package used by Mr Kitchen to make the excellent 2D artwork.

thanks
