How to give moonshine to Japsworth

In the south woods, give food to Visa, but not just any food!
Spoiler (hover to show)

Now do the moonshiner part and pick up the moonshine.

Now eventually at the Pub, you follow Japsworth outside and he says "I need a drink",
so just give him the jug of moonshine.

I discovered that in Tyr at night, if you talk to the shady guy twice near the red door, he gives you a sample jug of moonshine.

you can also get moonshine from the guy (don't remember his name) who hangs out outside the red door in tyr.  you can give that to japsworth, with the same result.
