Help Needed With Evil Monk Tic-Tac-Toe

I'm at the bottom of the well, past the invisible wall and trying to solve the nightmare that haunted many a childhood afternoon, that jump one-kill one-must eliminate all pieces ancient board game. Please tell me there is a way to bypass this or at least provide an unfair and life hacking solution along the vein of "always start on the right".

At 32, I just don't have the spirit for pop up puzzles no more
