Major Bug during Murder Slaver Quest (spoiler warning)

Greetings,

I've been playing the 1.1 update of this game as the Rogue and after I successfully infiltrated the slaver's home, killed the two guards, freed the slave captives and murdered the slaver for his ring, I find that after leaving the slaver's room, I can't go back the way I came and appear to be stuck in limbo. 

I checked a walkthrough and it claims I'm supposed to be brought back to Rayford automatically after completing the assassination.  I tried reloading a save before I entered the room in the first place in case it was a one-time glitch but the same exact thing happens.  I can't continue the game until this bug is fixed and any help/patch you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

I got it from the Humble Bundle via Kickstarter.

It should be.  The initial Humble update (version 1.1) had an upload date of 2015-02-06.  When you downloaded it, it had the following filename:
QFI_1_1_HUMBLE.rar

The current Humble version (1.1.1) has an upload date of 2015-02-09.  I downloaded it on Tuesday (02/10/2015) and it has the following filename:
QFI_1_1_1_HUMBLE.rar

Please note that when you run the 1.1.1 game, the opening screen still says it's version 1.1 ...

If you look at the help menu, it'll tell you what version number it is.  Should say 1.1.1

I just encountered this same problem in the GOG 1.1 version of the game (this is the currently available version on GOG). I attached a screenshot of the game in the slaver room showing the version number.

Since it seems that there has been a patch available for a long time for this problem, I'd like to know when it's going to be put out on GOG? Or, alternatively, is there a download link on this site that I can get the fix from?

odd i tested it on gog , cant replicate, going to try as rogue not sorc this time

I had a saved game just before entering the house so I was able to reload.

I went back to Volksville and got teleport pills from Prospero and I was able to work around the bug using the pill.
